The Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show (MetroCooking) D.C., being held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, has announced that Carla Hall, from the popular “The Chew” television show, will be part of this year’s two-day food exhibition. She will be part of a team of several top-name personalities and well-known chefs who are joining MetroCooking D.C. December 9-10, 2017. Headlining the show are chefs Guy Fieri and José Andrés.
Hall will be conducting a cooking demo on how to make her famous holiday biscuits, in addition to signing her cookbooks at a private signing.
The show’s culinary demonstrations on the James Beard Foundation Cooking Stage will be led by high-profile James Beard Award-winning chefs. MetroCooking D.C. 2017 will also include a BBQ Bash and a Beer, Wine & Spirits Garden. A Top Chef, Marjorie Meek-Bradley of D.C. Smoked & Stacked fame, will host the BBQ Bash Saturday December 9. Show-goers will be able to shop for specialty products from dozens of food retailers and producers during this weekend foodie event.
