Teriyaki mobile app launches in partnership with Olo, Punchh
Fast-casual chain Teriyaki Madness has added a mobile app, which can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play. The 45-unit chain operates in 18 states, including its home state of Colorado.
The app was created to make the guest experience more enjoyable and speedy. Customers can order for in-restaurant pickup and will also be able to order for delivery in applicable markets.
Additional app features:
- Map and location information,
- company and new item news, specials and discounts,
- a customer referral program, including rewards, and
- ways to connect to the Teriyaki Madness jobs listings and franchising info hub
The Teriyaki Madness app integration for mobile ordering was created by Olo, a leading provider of seamless ordering at restaurants, which connected the app to the chain’s point-of-sale provider, Revel. The app’s rewards and special community features and enticements were designed by Punchh, which will help launch the full reward programs for guests within the next 10 months.
The mobile app also provides a link to Teriyaki Madness franchising information.
With franchise agreements signed for a total of 150 stores, Teriyaki Madness serves Asian-inspired bowls with all-natural meats that are marinated and grilled, served up with noodles or rice and stir-fried vegetables, offered with a selection of sauces that are prepared in-store. Proteins include teriyaki chicken, beef or tofu and these can be paired with yakisoba noodles, brown, white or fried rice, in three different bowl sizes, for around $8 per bowl.
