The Cheesecake Factory announced a promotion during National Cheesecake Day, which is celebrated Monday July 30. The polished, casual-dining chain looks to be readying for increased business and awareness during the national marketing calendar “holiday.” The Cheesecake Factory is one of the highest-volume dining chains in the United States, grossing nearly $11M per restaurant, according to a restaurant trade report in FSR Magazine.

For its guests dining in (only), the chain will offer half-price slices at all of its restaurants across the country. All 197 restaurants in the United States, including Puerto Rico, will be participating in the celebration, and dine-in guests are getting their shot at any one of over 30 flavors for half price. Additionally, Cheesecake Factory is debuting two new cheesecake varieties: Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake and Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake.
The company describes the new varieties in this manner; “The decadent Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake is a cherry cheesecake on a layer of fudge cake, loaded with cherries and Ghirardelli chocolate. The second sweet addition, Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake, features layers of Cinnabon cinnamon cheesecake, vanilla crunch cake with cinnamon chips, and Cinnabon® cream cheese frosting, topped with caramel.”
