ezCater is bolstering is executive suite with new hires after a $100M Series D round of financing. It has named James Rosenstock as chief strategy officer, while tapping Mike O’Hanlon for the ezCater chief sales officer role. The company is quickly positioning itself for growth. This follows the acquisition of Paris-based GoCater in July. As chief strategy officer, Rosenstock will lead financial, international and corporate development for ezCater.
Recently, Rosenstock was chief corporate development officer for Vice Media. He has also held high-profile roles at Discovery Communications and Sony. O’Hanlon will head up strategic partnerships and sales, deepening the sales funnel for both sides of the ezCater business and strengthening relationships with customers and catering partners.
Previously, O’Hanlon was Wayfair’s vice president of corporate and business development. He developed and led the media solutions business for Wayfair and served as the head of European business after launching it himself, impressively building 3,000 supplier partnerships with his buying team.
This follows the appointment of Janine Allo as Chief People Officer in August and the hiring of Stephen Leguillon as head of Western Europe, and Michelle Smart, vice president of Partner Operations, this year.
