Eatery Pulse Media expands Washington, D.C.’s Swizzle Chill content platform

Washington, D.C. (January 28, 2019) —Eatery Pulse Media, a fast-growing information services, consulting and content marketing firm, announced a rebranding and expansion of its popular food & drink content in Washington, D.C. The web-broadcast magazine Swizzle Chill TV has become part of The Swizzle Chill Channel, as Eatery Pulse adds a new D.C. magazine, celebrating the city as a food destination, and launches downloadables for restaurant operators in the District.

Swizzle Chill sets itself apart as D.C.’s food & drink channel, paying tribute to the food scene in D.C. and spotlighting the work of food entrepreneurs, chefs and culinary visionaries. With Swizzle Chill TV, a web-broadcast food & drink show expanding into its second season, The Swizzle Chill Channel is timely in adding District Restaurants & Real Estate Magazine, now launching in April.

The new magazine will continue the Swizzle Chill tradition by focusing on D.C.’s food and lifestyle scene with an inside perspective, honing in on the movers and shakers and everyday artisans who are making the District a destination city.

Eatery Pulse News DC, which was welcomed with open arms by restaurateurs in the DMV, will become a downloadable series in digital format, focusing exclusively on best practices, and available at a nominal charge. In print, the new, condensed format will be distributed to restaurants in February as planned.

EPN College will become part of The Swizzle Chill Channel. The “traveling restaurant business school” will hold classes that accomodate 15 to 40 future restaurateurs and be held at different foodservice and food production venues. Currently, there is a promotion to subsidize 100 students over the next two years. Every 15 new subscriptions will subsidize one student for one class module. As a non-accredited class setting to learn the financial and business aspects of running a restaurant, seating will be limited and registrations are expected to begin in February.
