Dollar Hurricane lands at Applebee’s for limited time
In a tribute to the New Orleans French Quarter and Mardi Gras, Applebee’s is featuring the Dollar Hurricane cocktail. which is a 10-ounce mug filled with rum, passion fruit, orange, black cherry, and lime. Guests can choose to have the Dollar Hurricane served with a “masked stirrer” or decorative beads. Expect the Applebee’s limited-time offer to continue through March 5, which is the day of the New Orleans Mardi Gras parade.
As the Applebee’s Drink of the Month, the Dollar Hurricane price and availability will vary by location, announced the casual-dining chain. “A Dollar Hurricane is a great reason to celebrate the season and from now until March 5, Applebee’s is going to ‘party like it’s Mardi,” said Patrick Kirk, Applebee’s vice president of beverage innovation.
Part of franchisor Dine Brands, Applebee’s has 1,875 restaurants in the 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and globally in 13 countries.
