Newk’s spring LTOs also include a dessert, iced tea for the season
Newk’s Eatery introduced springtime limited-time offerings (LTOs). The Bistro Steak Club Sandwich, Chicken Bacon Club Sandwich, Dozen-Layer Coconut Cake, and Raspberry Iced Tea make up the lineup of Newk’s spring LTOs. The Chicken Bacon Club Sandwich uses Newk’s flame-grilled chicken breast. Bacon, Ammerlander Swiss cheese, romaine, tomato, and mayo top the chicken breast, dressed in olive oil and a housemade honey mustard.
The Chicken Bacon Club LTO is served on Newk’s Parisian bread. In addition to the Chicken Club, there is the Bistro Steak Club Sandwich. The meaty offering is a quarter pound of tenderloin steak that’s topped with bacon, Ammerlander Swiss cheese, romaine, tomato, mayo and Dijon mustard, also served on toasted Parisian bread.
The Dozen-Layer Coconut Cake joins Newk’s Dozen-Layer Collection, which already includes Strawberry, Chocolate and Caramel. These desserts are made inhouse, said Newk’s.
“These flavorful offerings, combined with our classics and time-tested family recipes, feature an exciting variety of wholesome, craveable options for everyone,” said Chris Newcomb, Newk’s Eatery co-founder and chief executive, in a statement regarding Newk’s spring LTOs.
Newk’s Eatery is known for its freshly tossed salads, hand-crafted pizzas and hot, toasted sandwiches. The Jackson-Miss.-based restaurant chain also offers Newk’s 600 Calorie Menu, comprising 50 lighter, better-for-you combos.
Newk’s spring LTOs also include a Raspberry Iced Tea, which becomes part of the Iced Tea Bar for a limited time. It’s Rainforest Alliance-certified fresh-brewed unsweetened raspberry tea, said the 120-unit fast casual.
