Grilled menu features salmon, shrimp
Long John Silver Grilled Menu has debuted for summer. New dishes include the Grilled Taco Trio, Grilled Salmon or Shrimp Rice Bowl and Grilled Salmon or Shrimp Meal. The summertime dishes come in Baja, Sweet Chili and Southwest flavors.
Long John Silver’s Grilled Menu will be joined by a new Roasted Southwest Black Bean & Corn Blend side. The Louisville, Ky.-based seafood QSR also added shredded angel hair cabbage, tangy lime vinaigrette, and seasoned rice as new side options.
“We’re passionate about great seafood; not just grilled seafood,” said Stephanie Mattingly, Long John Silver’s vice president of Marketing. “That’s why our fish-loving chefs have made grilled shrimp and fish fun, instead of bland and boring.” With Long John Silver’s grilled menu, the near-900-unit chain is betting big on the allure of grilled flavors to fire up summer sales.
The QSR is also offering a Taco Tuesday special of two tacos for $4. Also, the chain will feature a week long $4.99 Grilled Taco Combo.
