BJ’s spotlights burger specials, findings
Using survey data from YouGov collected in June, BJ’s presented some interesting burger findings. About 30 percent of consumers “tackled their burger with a fork and knife.” Another 28 percent have “smashed the burger down to be more compact.” Half of consumer attempt to cut their burgers in half before eating them. The Huntington Beach, Calif.-based brewhouse-style chain hopes consumers flock to the new menu additions in short order, regardless of burger persuasion and dining techniques.
“We’re extremely proud of our existing Loaded Burger lineup and our new flavors will hopefully encourage our guests to come in, try them and eat their burgers whichever way they please.”said Kevin Mayer, Bj’s Restaurants EVP and chief marketing officer.
