Partnership with DoorDash enables Kahala to deliver a diverse set of cuisines nationwide
A new, Kahala-DoorDash partnership brings customers cuisines from a variety of brands via third-party delivery nationwide. Kahala franchises and operates more than 3,300 locations through its more than two dozen brands. Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie, Pinkberry, Samurai Sam’s Teriyaki Grill, Baja Fresh, and Manchu Wok are part of the portfolio. DoorDash’s deal with Kahala Brands should keep it ahead of rival, Grubhub, in U.S. third-party delivery market share.
Restaurant delivery is heating up and much in demand. These types of third-party delivery agreements are increasingly becoming commonplace. The Kahala-DoorDash partnership is unique in that it facilitates delivery for 25 assorted chains with contrasting cuisines and products.
Also, nearly one-quarter of the locations in Kahala’s portfolio will offer $0 delivery when customers order a minimum of $10. At 700 participating stores and restaurants, customers can redeem the offer from July 15-19 with code KAHALA.
