CKE Restaurants hires Andrew Robinson as chief human resources officer

Parent of Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s names new HR chief

The parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s announced hiring Andrew Robinson as chief human resources officer, CKE Restaurants. He previously served in the same role for Starr Restaurants, a boutique restaurant operator in Philadelphia, from 2017 until now.

Prior to serving as Starr Restaurants chief people officer, he worked at T.G.I. Fridays. At the casual-dining chain, he served as chief people and culture officer for eight years.

What’s more, as CKE chief human resources officer, Robinson will work with CKE to develop talent and support the culture and operations. In addition, he’ll report to Ned Lyerly, CKE Restaurants chief executive.
