Pumpkin Spice Original Filled debuts with cheesecake cream
Krispy Kreme returned Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnut and debuted Pumpkin Spice Original Filled Doughnut. Additionally, the limited-time rollout includes a “Purchase Protection” plan, announced the company. Krispy Kreme will offer anyone turning in a Pumpkin Spice product they were unsatisfied with a free Pumpkin Spice doughnut. What’s more, participating Krispy Kreme shops will honor the offer through September 8.
“If you’ve been impacted by the proliferation of pumpkin spice products that don’t make sense, come to Krispy Kreme and we’ll make it all better with a free pumpkin spice doughnut,” said Dave Skena, chief marketing officer for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp.
The Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnut returns with its light, pumpkin flavor. The new, sweeter version of the doughnut debuts as the Pumpkin Spice Original Filled Doughnut. This one’s filled with cheesecake “Kreme.” Both treats are only available until September 8.
In addition, Krispy Kreme features Krispy Kreme’s Classic Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut and Pumpkin Spice Latte throughout the early fall season. The Winston-Salem, N.C.-based bakery chain offers both of these treats through Thanksgiving.
As a subsidiary of a JAB Holdings affiliate, Krispy Kreme operates and franchises nearly 1,400 shops globally.
