Revel, Deputy partner for payroll, POS integration

Synchronization tools expedite payroll processing

Revel Systems and Deputy rolled out payroll-POS integration (point-of-sale integration) for retailers and restaurants. Deputy provides a workforce management solution. Revel is a cloud-based provider of POS products and software. Based on the integration, there will be no need for dual entry of employee data.

Additionally, the combined systems create a faster process for payroll completion. Managers run a synchronization for time sheet date between the two systems to complete faster payroll processing. Also, store teams accesss Deputy via any mobile IOS or Android device. In addition, the new Revel-Deputy partnership increases efficiency through this payroll-POS integration.


“Our combined offering helps businesses better care for employees and staff, while also making day-to-day processes more efficient,” said Reggie Kimble, Revel vice president of product management. “We’re excited to have Deputy as a valued member of the Revel Integrated program.”

Retailers and restaurants running Deputy also submit tasks, employee shifts and push notifications. Employees also access a suite of employee tools to start, finish and swap shifts. Based in San Francisco and Atlanta, Ga., Revel Systems is expanding its partner program through this payroll-POS integration with Deputy.
