50 menu items provide dietary-centric choice to Uno guests

The Uno Love All Feed All menu launched, providing dietary-centric menu options. Customers with specific dietary and lifestyle goals, including calorie-counting, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-sensitive, dairy-free and carb-conscious, can now enjoy a variety of choice. For example, categories include Uno De-Lites, Vegan and Vegetarian and Carb Conscious. Uno De-Lites dishes contain 600 calories or less.

Uno Vegan and Vegetarian menu

  • Five vegan items provide over 16,000 possible combinations from Uno’s vegan pizza toppings, including its hand-stretched thin crust pizza featuring Daiya cheese. Uno also offers vegan pizza toppings, including Classic Beyond Burger, from Beyond Meat.
  • The Boston-based chain also offers over 15 vegetarian items. Eggplant Parm Pizzanini with roasted eggplant, caramelized onions, fresh mozzarella, marinara and basil rise as top choices for guests.

Uno Carb-Conscious menu

Uno Pizzeria and Grill serves 10 carb-conscious dishes. These include grilled marinated shrimp & 10oz. top sirloin and baked chicken spinoccoli with fresh spinach, broccoli, mozzarella, and feta cheese.

Uno Gluten-Sensitive dishes

Additionally, burgers with Udi’s gluten-free rolls and three varieties of gluten-free thin crust pizzas: cheese, pepperoni and veggie, with fresh mushrooms, onions and peppers, create the lineup.

Uno De-Lites menu (600 Calories and under)

Thin crust pizzas offer a bounty of choice: fresh spinach, creamy goat cheese and caramelized onions; wild mushroom and aged cheddar; roasted garlic, grilled chicken, caramelized onions and goat cheese; and roasted eggplant, fresh spinach, pesto and feta.
