La Madeleine fall menu, Holiday Feasts unveiled

La Madeleine added three new seasonal limited-time offerings (LTOs) for autumn and the holidays. Two new salads and a salmon bowl make up the new La Madeleine fall menu. La Madeleine is serving a Salmon, Kale Butternut Squash Bowl. Also, it added these two LTO salads: Apple, Almond & Feta Spinach Salad and a Seasonal Kale & Quinoa Salad.

Here are the fall LTOs:

  • Salmon, Kale & Butternut Squash Bowl contains braised kale, quinoa, caramelized onion, and roasted butternut squash. The restaurants top these with a sweet, shallot-glazed roasted salmon fillet.
  • Apple, Almond & Feta Spinach Salad combines toasted almonds, feta and caramelized golden delicious apples, tossed in a French vinaigrette.
  • La Madeleine prepares the Seasonal Kale & Quinoa Salad with Honey roasted butternut squash, caramelized apples and onions, feta, kale and quinoa, then tosses it in a French vinaigrette.

The holiday menu comprises the Turkey Cranberry Melt and Holiday Feast Sampler. Additionally, the fast-casual chain offers holidays desserts, including Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Tarts, Christmas Tree Linzer Cookies, and Snowman & Reindeer Iced Sugar Cookies. What’s more, it released Mini Gingerbread Crème Brûlée Tarts and Bûche de Noël, and traditional Yule Log Cake.

In addition, Dallas-based La Madeleine is promoting its catering options. Its Holiday Feasts for the home come with oven-roasted turkey breast, cranberry apple cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, creamy mushroom sauce, cranberry chutney, and sea salt baguettes.

Also, the La Madeleine fall menu and holiday treats are available until January.. Moreover, customers can order La Madeleine Holiday Feasts in select markets.
