The Cheesecake Factory opens new restaurants in November

Two namesake restaurants open as company prepares to accelerate FRC, North Italia openings

The Cheesecake Factory opened two new restaurants during November. Cheesecake Factory November openings include a restaurant in Coral Gables, Fla. and in Kentwood, Mich. Meanwhile, next year, the company plans to open more units out of its recently-acquired concepts than its namesake brand. About two-thirds of restaurants planned for 2020 will be Fox Restaurant Concepts (FRC), including fast-casual Flower Child, and North Italia locations.

The polished, casual-dining chain’s restaurants feature imported limestone floors and custom wood columns, hand painted murals and modern lighting. The Cheesecake Factory also displays contemporary decor and features 50 signature cheesecakes and desserts. The Cheesecake Factory’s SkinnyLicious menu is one way the restaurant chain has been innovating its core menu over the past decade. Dishes from this lighter menu offer 250 options that contain 590 calories or less.
