Merry Dollarita mixes in seasonal pomegranate
Applebee’s continued its dollar drink promotion as it revealed the December Neighborhood Drink of the Month. This month, Applebee’s Merry Dollarita rolled out as part of the chain’s monthly beverage tradition. The drink combines tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and pomegranate. In addition, the dollar drink is one of the season’s latest holiday bargains, according to Glendale-Calif.-based Applebee’s.
The Neighborhood Drink of the Month has been a consistent beverage promotion at Applebee’s. In November, the casual-dining chain offered a Cranberry Vodka Lemonade. As October began, the Vampire—quite appropriately named—rolled out as the $1 limited-time offering.
“We are spreading holiday cheer with an unbeatable holiday bargain that keeps giving back all month long,” said Patrick Kirk, vice president of Beverage Innovation at Applebee’s. “It’s time to eat, drink and be merry!”
The Applebee’s Merry Dollarita comes in a 10-ounce mug. Additionally, guests should note that price, participation and availability vary by location. Dine Brands Global, the chain’s parent, operates and franchises 1,804 Applebee’s worldwide.
