Seamonds brings diverse background to fast-casual chain
Roti has chosen Justin Seamonds to lead the chain as its new chief executive officer. Most recently Seamonds served as CEO of Snack Street. He also led Dean and DeLuca as its president in its $140M buyout by Pace Development Corp The Chicago-based Mediterranean fast casual tasks Seamonds with long-term growth, in addition to sustainable support for digital, delivery and its catering business.
According to Seamonds’ LinkedIn profile, he also benefits from 13 years in retailing, manufacturing and cellular businesses prior to Dean and DeLuca. The early part of his career was spent at BDO.
