Free offer promoted through March 31
Noodles and Company began offering free delivery. In an announcement, the company said it would offer free delivery during March on orders over $15 submitted on the Noodles.com website or on the Noodles Rewards app. “Our food travels incredibly well and our guests can trust we have taken every measure and precaution possible to safely serve and deliver to them,” said Stacey Pool, Noodles and Company chief marketing officer
Third-party delivery providers have been pushing demand for delivery as several independent and chain restaurants close their dining rooms, whether voluntarily or by local or state ordinances due to the coronavirus pandemic. Chipotle Mexican Grill was one of the first chains to promote free delivery during March, and commit to offering contactless delivery upon request. At least 10 states or cities have ordered dining rooms closed at restaurants, while still permitting takeout and delivery.
