Dania Pointe is fifth restaurant for chain
A new Rodizio Grill Brazilian steakhouse opened its doors in greater Fort Lauderdale off Interstate 95. Diners will find the Rodizio Grill Dania Pointe between Griffin Road and Stirling Road off 95. The fifth restaurant for the steakhouse chain in Florida has turned the state into one of the fastest-paced markets for the Brazilian churrascaria chain’s growth.
“While these past few months have been tough on our community, I am excited to welcome guests into a clean and safe environment where we can celebrate life and enjoy the abundance of Brazilian churrasco,” said Ivan Utrera, Rodizio Grill founder. The chain announced it has incorporated social-distancing into its dining configuration and emphasized employee training, hygiene and guest safety protocols.
For a quarter of a century, the steakhouse concept has featured rotisserie grilled meat, which is carved tableside for guests by traditionally dressed Gauchos. A selection of gourmet salads, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and traditional hot side dishes are also available at the salad bar. Beverage options include fresh-pressed juices, homemade Brazilian Limeades, featured cocktails, and a curated wine list.
