La Madeleine returns to North Suburb of Dallas with McKinney restaurant opening

New Hardin Boulevard location offers expansive outdoor seating

The newest La Madeleine Country French Cafe will open in McKinney, Texas with franchisee, Tanzeem Rizvi, a Collin County native. The US 380 and Hardin Boulevard restaurant was originally slated to open in May, but was pushed back due to the health crisis. Thus, on July 8, 2020 the restaurant will open with enhanced safety and sanitation practices, on-premises dining and takeout in grab & go, delivery, curbside and catering fashion.

A new patio with a pergola and “French blue” bistro chairs surround the McKinney La Madeleine, offering fresh-air dining options. La Madeleine features Tomato Basil Soup, cafe Caesar Salad, sandwiches, fresh-baked croissants, traditional French pastries, wine, mimosas, and a coffee & espresso bar. A seasonal, summer menu features Strawberry Bacon Salad, Avocado Toast, Chicken Riviera sandwich, Chantilly Cream Cake, and Lemon White Chocolate Chunk cookies.

Through a special promotion, McKinney La Madeleine customers who order using the scan the app feature during the first 30 days after opening can win free coffee or iced tea daily. Guests can redeem the free beverage prize during mid-August to mid-October. The restaurant operates from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

“We aim to be a home away from home and favorite local destination,” said franchise partner Rizvi. “This beautiful space will welcome guests in a few short weeks, and our team will deliver an outstanding experience that is safe, comfortable and convenient.”
