Customers can earn 10 points for every $1 spent
Wendy’s launched a loyalty program—Wendy’s Rewards—nationwide, providing an opportunity for customers to earn points and rewards for their purchases. For a limited time, Wendy’s customers can earn double points as part of the rollout promotion. The new program is meant to be easy, according to a statement, and points can be tracked in the Wendy’s mobile app.
In the drive-thru or at the in-store counter, Wendy’s guests keep earning points by scanning the QR code in the app, or through mobile ordering. The Dublin, Ohio-based burger chain’s customers can earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
“Wendy’s has some of the most loyal customers around, and we’re thrilled to launch a program that rewards them for their excellent taste in craveable, high-quality food,” said Carl Loredo chief marketing officer for The Wendy’s Company. “What better way to reward them than with icons like Spicy Nuggs, Baconator, Frosty-ccino, Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, and so much more.”
