Applebee’s National Chicken Wing Day BOGO offer launches

Casual-dining chain joins Wingstop, Bonchon promoting wings

Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill became the latest chain to promote its chicken wings as National Chicken Wing Day 2020 approaches (July 29). The Glendale, Calif.-based casual-dining chain launched a BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) offer for its chicken wings, which can be tossed in sauces like Classic Hot Buffalo, Sweet Asian Chili and Honey BBQ.

Customers can take advantage of the Applebee’s National Chicken Wing Day takeout offer, redeemable via Carside to GO, pickup and delivery, with the coupon code WINGDAY at checkout on July 29. Each order of wings comes with ranch dressing and celery on the side, with bone-in or boneless chicken as options.

“We know that for real wing fans, every day is chicken wing day, but we are excited to give our guests an excuse to celebrate our most popular menu item,” said Joel Yashinsky, chief marketing officer at Applebee’s. “And with two times the wings for the price of one, you can’t beat this deal!”
