Dunkin’ releases fall pumpkin treats, new snacks, reformulated Pumpkin Spice Latte

LTOs expected to ramp up guest traffic

With a new season just around the corner, Dunkin’ announced unveiling its fall pumpkin and snack selections by August 19, 2020. Nationwide, limited-time offerings (LTOs) include a new formulation of the coffee chain’s Pumpkin Spice Latte, a selection of Pumpkin Flavored Coffees, and a new Chai Latte. Plus, the coffee chain is readying an Apple Cider Donut, Apple Cider Donut Munchkins, a Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, Pumpkin Donut, Pumpkin Munchkins, and a Pumpkin Muffin.

New snack items also arrive: Stuffed Bagel Minis, Steak and Cheese Rollups and Maple Sugar Seasoned Snackin’ Bacon.

Fall 2020 Pumpkin menu items

The reformulated Pumpkin Spice Latte features espresso with pumpkin and vanilla flavors, topped with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and cinnamon sugar. For the tea-inclined, a new Chai Latte comes in the form of a sweetened chai tea blend with cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg, mixed in with milk.

The lineup of Dunkin’ Pumpkin Flavored Coffees show that a pumpkin flavor-swirl can transform a hot or iced coffee into a fall treat. For example, there’s a bevy of beverages that can take on the flavor of pumpkin, including the Cold Brew, espresso drinks, frozen coffee, and frozen chocolate. The QSR chain prepares the Apple Cider Donut and Apple Cider Munchkin Donut Hole Treats with apple cider cake ring tossed in cinnamon sugar. Other additions to the menu are the Pumpkin Donut—of the glazed pumpkin variety—Pumpkin Munchkin Donut Hole Treats and Pumpkin Muffin. The latter is topped with white icing and sweet streusel crumbs.


The Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich returns for fall. Hoping it will become an on-the-go breakfast staple, management brought back the popular seasonal item. It features five half-slices of maple sugar-seasoned bacon atop an egg, served with white cheddar cheese on a croissant. A variety of new and seasonal offerings will certainly boost the QSR’s transactions.

New Dunkin’ snack-time LTOs

Dunkin’ says its new, Stuffed Bagel Minis are made with bagel rounds filled with plain cream cheese, served warm. Newly-released Steak and Cheese Rollups are an addition to the Rollups lineup. The chain prepares this one with steak and American cheese “rolled up’ in flour tortillas—two per order.

Dunkin’ also introduced a new variety of Snackin’ Bacon. The Maple Sugar Seasoned Snackin’ Bacon comes with eight snack-sized slices of bacon that come flavored with maple sugar seasoning are served in a to-go sleeve. These limited-time snack items are expected by August 19, as well.


Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin’ announced the availability of Pumpkin K-Cup pods at its stores. In addition, several food retailers will carry Dunkin’ Pumpkin Spice K-Cup pods and Pumpkin Spice packaged coffee.
