Papa John’s debuts Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia LTO

Limited-time offer joins Papadia lineup for a short time

Papa John’s debuted a Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia as a limited-time offer. With grilled chicken and onions floating in signature melted cheese, together with a three-cheese blend, the new Papadia is topped off with buttermilk ranch and hot buffalo sauce. Papa John’s will feature the $6 Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia through October 25.

For a $5 surcharge, Papa John’s customers can add an order of Jalapeño Popper Rolls to any Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia. As part of its menu innovation strategy, the Louisville, Ky.-based pizza chain launched the Papadia platform earlier this year—a playful take on the piadina flatbread from Northern Italy.

Papadias come in four different selections: the Italian, Philly Cheesesteak, Grilled BBQ Chicken & Bacon, and Meatball Pepperoni. The chain’s restaurants serve the brand’s signature pepperoncini and choice of sauce on the side with each Papadia.

“We know buffalo sauce and wings are popular among our guests, but with the Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia, we take it to the next level by packing the flavor into our fresh, never-frozen dough for easier eating on-the-go,” said Paul Fabre, SVP of Product Innovation at Papa John’s.
