Carl’s Jr Steakhouse Angus Thickburger debuts with wine pairing box option

Collaboration with Nocking Points offers at-home ‘steak + wine’ experience

Carl’s Jr. added a new Steakhouse Angus Thickburger to the menu. The quick-service sandwich chain is touting the burger as a “steakhouse dinner experience.” Carl’s Jr. Steakhouse Angus Thickburger features an all-beef Angus patty seasoned with steak seasoning and topped with A1 Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, two crispy bacon strips, melted Swiss cheese, tomato, red onion, and mayonnaise on a bun.

In a burger twist, guests can opt for a new pairing of Thickburger and wine in the limited-edition Carl’s Jr. x Nocking Point Wines Steakhouse Burger Box. Katie Owen, Nocking Point Wines sommelier, and Owen Klein, CKE VP of Culinary Innovation and Chef, crafted the curated collection. They say the wines complement the Thickburger’s Angus patty flavor and A1 Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce.
