New program offers personalized rewards
White Castle launched a new loyalty program, Craver Nation, across its system as it edges closer to its 100th anniversary. Based on customers’ menu favorites and preferences, Craver Nation provides discounts and special offers incentivizing repeat business. The term Craver Nation comes from the nickname for White Castle’s most loyal fans—Cravers.
The rewards program, available on the White Castle app, will use purchase history data to personalize offerings. And members get an initial reward upon signing up: a free combo meal with four Original Sliders, a small fries and small soft drink. In addition to the free combo, new users downloading the app, and joining in September, will get $10 worth of additional savings offers.
“No two customers are quite alike, which is why we’re offering a personalized experience that’s not based on points or the number of purchases, but instead on their individual preferences at White Castle,” said Lisa Ingram, White Castle president and chief executive.
Furthermore, through Craver Nation, reward members gain access to exclusive content and experiences. White Castle guests can also activate contactless payments on the app.
