New value-based menu starts at $11.99
Ruby Tuesday launched a new Pasta Americana menu with dishes that start at $11.99. Four creations arrive for the fall season. The Maryville, Tenn.-based restaurant chain added Veggie Basil Pesto, Blackened Shrimp & Sausage, Shrimp Scampi, and Chicken Carbonara pastas.
Each dish comes with a garlic bread stick and appeals to consumers who are looking to indulge in comfort food. Food trend experts tell us that consumers are seeking out comfort foods as a response to the pandemic. Starting September 14, customers will see the new additions at Ruby Tuesday restaurants nationwide.
“Pasta Americana is the epitome of true comfort food at a time where Americans are looking for comfort—and our guests love pasta,” said Jenifer Boyd Harmon, Ruby Tuesday chief marketing officer. ‘We’re excited to introduce Pasta Americana and especially our new garlic bread sticks!”
Hickory Bourbon Baby-Back Ribs, Hickory Bourbon Salmon, Asiago Sirloin, Crispy Shrimp, and the Endless Garden Bar remain customer favorites on the casual-dining chain’s menu, available as entrees or add-ons.
