Yogurtland debuts new fast-casual concept, Holsom

New restaurant combines better-for-you menu items with froyo favorites

Frozen yogurt chain Yogurtland launched a new, more upscale, fast-casual concept, known as Holsom, which will have an expanded menu and offer signature items that include made-to-order grain bowls and toasts. The first restaurant will debut in Huntington Beach, Calif. Grain bowls come in Classic, Thai Peanut, Greek, and Chipotle Southwest versions.

Irvine, Calif.-based Yogurtland notes that extensive research came before Holsom’s creation and that it was conceptualized before the pandemic. Guests will benefit COVID-19 safety measures that include contactless ordering and delivery, curbside pickup and outdoor patio seating. Furthermore, executives said the Homsom’s offerings complement the Yogurtland menu, much of which will be available at the new concept.
