Qdoba names former PepsiCo executive, Jeannie Cho, chief marketing officer

Brand builder to ignite next-stage growth at Mexican-style fast casual

Qdoba Mexican Eats named Jeannie Cho chief marketing officer. Cho’s experience includes work with growing high-profile brands, namely Lay’s, Doritos and Cheetos, during her tenure at PepsiCo, where she was assigned to the role of Marketing VP for the Frito-Lay portfolio—a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. There, Cho saw the culmination of her work in innovation and digital marketing as she positioned its brands for record growth, which was realized during her tenure.

As chief marketing officer for Qdoba, she will lead marketing and branding strategy at the Mexican-style fast-casual chain. Cho said, “I am excited to join Qdoba and partner with Keith and the leadership team to accelerate the growth agenda for the brand,” according to an announcement.

Cho earned her undergraduate degree from Yale and M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
