Guillermo Perales is at it again with foray into operating IHOP restaurants
IHOP announced that 41 IHOP restaurants had been transferred by Suncakes LLC, which is led by Guillermo Perales, a franchise industry veteran who has shown a penchant for acquisitions and expansion. Suncakes LLC will take possession of restaurants in Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Suncakes LLC is an affiliate of Sun Holdings, Inc., which is one of the largest franchisee operators of restaurants in the United States. To date, the restaurant company has amassed 1,000 units in its portfolio. Perales is often in the spotlight, accepting awards and receiving accolades for his accomplishments.
