Bakery-cafe chain to offer gift subscriptions starting November 30
Panera Bread launched a new Cyber Monday promotion to put the spotlight on its MyPanera+ Coffee Subscription program. Starting Monday, November 30, Panera will offer coffee subscriptions as part of a gift package. Through the gift coffee subscription, customers will be able to purchase and send MyPanera+ to people on their holiday shopping list at a discount.
A purchase of two months of coffee runs $15 plus tax and three months of subscription costs $20 plus tax, resulting in a savings on the $8.99 typical monthly subscription.
“We are excited to provide our guests with this fun and unique gift option that is perfect for anyone on your list who needs a cup of optimism this time of year—whether it be neighbors, teachers, delivery workers, or friends and family,” said Eduardo Luz, Panera Bread chief brand & concept officer.
Launched in March, the MyPanera+ Coffee Subscription program allows guests to get unlimited hot drip, iced coffee and hot tea of any size, as well as refills when inside a bakery-cafe. Panera’s coffee comes in Light Roast and Dark Roast, which are ground daily.
Customers can order coffee in stores, online, on the Panera app, in addition to the e-commerce site.
The fast-casual, bakery-cafe chain set up a landing site for the promotion at panerabread.com/en-us/mypanera/mypanera-coffee-subscription/mypanera-coffee-gifting.html
