Another Broken Egg Cafe opens fourth Jacksonville restaurant
Atlantic Boulevard location marks milestone 75th unit
Another Broken Egg Cafe opened a new restaurant in Jacksonville, Fla. on Atlantic Boulevard. The breakfast-and-brunch concept has ramped up its focus on off-premises business and hired dedicated staff for its to-go orders.
Having launched online ordering in June, 75-unit Another Broken Egg Cafe disclosed “incredible incremental sales success.” The Jacksonville location had activated to-go sales from day one of its operations.
“We’re thrilled not only to see support continue growing here in Jacksonville, but to see it in other states as the Another Broken Egg Cafe brand rapidly grows nationwide,” said Paul Macaluso, president and chief executive of Another Broken Egg of America Franchising, LLC.
Featuring a Southern-inspired menu, this Jacksonville Another Broken Egg will serve up traditional and hearty dishes, including Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict, and Shrimp N’ Grits. Plus, a seasonal menu is on tap, with Lobster Benedict and Gingerbread & Eggnog Waffle as prime examples.
A full cocktail bar has become part of the appealing formula for the chain, and Original Southern Eggnog, Pomegranate Mule, and Abe Famous Infused Mary™ cocktails headline the seasonal, adult beverage menu.
This cafe is the fourth restaurant in the Jacksonville area, where the brand is considering opening additional locations, including one already slated for 2021 development.
As part of its ongoing expansion, the breakfast-and-brunch restaurant chain also opened its fourth location in South Carolina in September, which is the first corporate store outside of Florida.
