Boston Market expands holiday meal options, including Whole Roasted Turkey, Prime Rib, Spiral-Sliced Ham

Fast-casual rotisserie chain looks to boost holiday-time business

Boston Market expanded a variety of meal options for the 2020 holiday season. Whole Roasted Turkey, Spiral-Sliced Ham and Rotisserie Prime Rib make up the Heat & Serve meals collection. These come with sides, appetizers and pies, serving four to 12 people at about $10 per person. The 300-unit fast-casual restaurant chain also expanded catering, in-restaurant a-la-carte and home-delivery options, as well.

Customers can order a-la-carte options from December 14 and January 1, except for Christmas Day. For in-store pickup, entrees, sides and pies are available for ordering December 14 and January 1. They come fully-cooked and chilled.

Randy Miller, Boston Market president, commented, “We pride ourselves on serving up hassle-free meal solutions that allow our guests more time to sit back and unwind, because who doesn’t need a little extra rest and relaxation this year?”

As a home delivery option, these can be shipped to homes via orders on bostonmarket.com. Regarding the eight Boston Market pre-cooked holiday meals, entrees, sides or dessert choices, customers who order by December 17 can guarantee delivery by Christmas Day.

Boston Market is also expanding its catering options with buffet-style and plated-meal selections. On Christmas Day, guests can enjoy a holiday entree for $13.99. Choices include boneless ham, sliced roasted turkey breast and half signature rotisserie chicken, which come with two sides, a dinner roll and a slice of apple or pumpkin pie.
