Jack in the Box names Ryan Ostrom chief marketing officer
Former GNC executive to lead marketing at burger QSR
Jack in the Box welcomed Ryan Ostrom as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Ostrom takes the role effective February 1. He’s a 15-year marketing and branding executive. At General Nutrition Center (GNC), he’ll be charged with all marketing, branding and digital engagement initiatives.
At GNC, Ostrom held the role of chief brand officer, modernizing marketing, ecommerce, innovation and product development. Prior to GNC, he worked at Yum Brands, Kenmore, Craftsman & DieHart (Sears Holdings), and Reebok.
At Yum Brands, Ostrom launched new delivery, curbside and loyalty programs.
Meanwhile, Adrienne Ingoldt, current SVP, chief brand & experience officer, will take on a new role as SVP, chief customer & strategy officer. Included in her role are strategic planning oversight, restaurant concept evolution, project management, corporate performance management, and internal and external communications, according to a company announcement.
Jack in the Box operates and franchises more than 2,200 stores.
