Bojangler returns to Bojangles for limited time
QSR to promote LTO with Alaskan fishing trip giveaway
Bojangles returned its Bojangler, a limited-time fish sandwich. The flaky, wild-caught Alaskan Pollock filet is prepared with a light touch of Bo’s Famous Seasoning, then topped with a slice of American cheese and tartar sauce, nestled between two buns.
The Bojangler comes a la carte, or guests can also order the sandwich as a combo, or as a dinner platter. For the platter, restaurants pair up two fish filets with two home-style fixins, a buttermilk biscuit, side of tartar sauce, and 22 oz. Legendary Iced Tea, or another drink of choice.
Alaskan fishing trip giveaway
To promote the sandwich, the Charlotte, N.C.-based quick-service seafood chain launched a giveaway to award an Alaskan fishing trip to the lucky winner. The prize includes two roundtrip flights to Alaska, a four-night stay and spending money. Bojangles’ customers can sign up for the giveaway, at www.Bojangles.com/BigCatchGiveaway, which ends April 4.
Bojangles operates and franchises 763 restaurants nationwide.
