Ziggi’s Coffee to move to new HQ in Mead, Colorado

New training facility will benefit franchisees with learning tools, easier access to Ziggi’s support team

Ziggi’s Coffee will expand to a new headquarters in Mead, Colo., about 10 miles northeast of its existing location in Longmont. With the lease executed for the 10,350 square-foot building, Ziggi’s also plans to house a training facility there. The new HQ will mark a training milestone for the drive-thru coffee chain, enabling franchisees to have easier access to the corporate team and onsite learning tools in a lab setting.

A1,500 square-foot Ziggi’s Coffee cafe and drive-thru, as well as a 750 square-foot rooftop deck will also be part of the new HQ. The concept was founded in 2004 by the husband-and-wife team of Brandon and Camrin Knudsen.

“With the amount of growth we have experienced over the past couple years, we knew it was time to create a space that will serve multiple purposes and become more than just an office space; it truly is going to be game changing from a training standpoint,” said Brandon Knudsen, Ziggi’s Coffee’s president.

Growing mainly through franchising, Ziggi’s Coffee now has 29 locations in Arizona, Colorado, California, Iowa, and Oklahoma. There are also 59 new stores in the development pipeline.

Ziggi’s Coffee has been recognized as a fast-growing franchise, ranked 225 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 and ranked third on Franchise Gator’s list of Top Emerging Franchises.
