New breakfast sandwich launches February 25
Einstein Bros Bagels added to the menu a new Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich, available for a limited time. The breakfast sandwich features slow-smoked beef brisket, cheddar cheese, seasoned cage-free eggs, and a smoky chipotle sauce.
Participating Einstein Bros Bagels restaurants will carry the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich starting February 25.
“If you’ve never experienced brisket with eggs, there is a first time for everything,” said Chad Thompson, head of Culinary Innovation at Einstein Bros Bagels. “Our brisket is slow-smoked for 10 to 12 hours and lightly rubbed with a blend of classic Texas spices. This sandwich won’t disappoint meat lovers looking for a hearty breakfast.”
Some licensed stores, including locations inside colleges, airports, hotels, and hospitals will not participate in the limited-time offer.
Part of the Coffee & Bagel Brands restaurant group, and a sister of Caribou Coffee and Bruegger’s Bagels brands, Einstein Bros Bagels operates and franchises 700 locations in 40 states.
