Casual-dining chain features salmon dishes during Lenten Season
O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar introduced a seasonal menu, A Taste of the Sea, adding Bayou Salmon and Island Salmon dishes. The casual-dining chain also started featuring Cedar-Planked Salmon and a Seafood Combo Platter—two popular guest favorites, according to an announcement.
Plus, a limited-time $15 bottle special on wines is in effect. The promotion includes EOS Pinot Grigio and Guenoc Chardonnay, which pair well with O’Charley’s fish.
