Habit Burger Grill expands in Cambodia to Ang Snuol District in Kandal Province
Third restaurant opening in country continues
The Habit Burger Grill will expand its presence in Cambodia with an opening in Ang Snuol District March 7. The unveiling of its third restaurant in the country with franchise partner Kampuchea Tela Company, LTD brings the chain’s Charburger to Kandal Province.
The fast-casual concept, owned by Yum Brands, features a menu of burgers grilled on an open flame—Charburgers. Restaurants top them with melted cheese, caramelized onions, tomato slices, lettuce, pickles, and mayo, and serve them on a toasted bun.
“We are so excited to continue The Habit Burger Grill’s international expansion with our franchise partner Kampuchea Tela Company, LTD!” said Iwona Alter, chief brand officer of The Habit Burger Grill. “We look forward to creating new Habit fans by inviting them to enjoy our handcrafted chargrilled food served with best-in-class hospitality in a welcoming Southern California environment.
Kampuchea Tela Company’s business ventures have expanded beyond petroleum to foodservice. The company operates restaurants in Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Irvine, Calif.-based Habit Burger Grill operates and franchises over 291 restaurants globally. The restaurant in Ang Snuol District follows openings at Techno Sky Bridge and Tela Toul Kork Station in Phnom Penh.
