Smokey Bones names Nichole Robillard vice president of marketing

Marketing executive brings two decades of experience to Smokey Bones

Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill named Nichole Robillard vice president of marketing. The two-decade marketing veteran brings a wealth of expertise, having worked for national marketing and advertising agencies.

Robillard has experience in leadership of food & beverage teams across several brands and agencies. Her work for McDonald’s, Chuck E. Cheese and Jamba Juice brought valuable insights, adding to her aptitude for analysis.

“Nichole is the perfect addition to our leadership team and will drive our marketing efforts for Smokey Bones as well as our delivery-only brands, The Wing Experience and The Burger Experience,” said James O’Reilly, chief executive of Sun Capital-controlled Smokey Bones. “Her passion for the restaurant industry combined with her deep industry experience will serve both our team members and our guests well.”

In Washington, DC, Robillard owned Beuchert’s Saloon, a farm-to-table restaurant. She earned her M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University.

Robillard and her husband live and work in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., which will be her home base during her transition to 61-unit Smokey Bones in the upcoming weeks.
