Breakfast-and-brunch chain continues expansion through franchising with Northeast Ohio opening
Another Broken Egg Cafe, a breakfast-and-brunch concept, will host its grand opening in Westlake Ohio April 5. The growing casual-dining chain, which offers a full-service bar in a departure from most in the daytime-only sub-segment, partnered with franchisee Morning Chef, LLC for the new unit.
On April 2-3, Another Broken Egg hosted a Friends and Family at the new Crocker Road location. In addition, customers were able to support the JD Breast Cancer Foundation organization as 100% of proceeds went to this Northeast Ohio charity.
The Southern-inspired menu features favorites that include Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict, and Shrimp N’ Grits. A rotating seasonal menu introduces dishes, such as Creole Benedict and Bloody Molly. Patrons can also enjoy adult beverages, like Spiked Spiced Rum Cold Brew, Pomegranate Mule, and Abe Famous Infused Mary, from the cocktail bar.
Morning Chef Cafe, LLC will operate the cafe daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning April 5, 2021.
The Another Broken Egg Cafe restaurant concept continues to expand, primarily through franchising, and now totals 70 units nationwide.
