Blaze Pizza names Brad Reynolds chief financial officer

Former C3 executive joins pizza chain’s leadership team

Blaze Pizza named Brad Reynolds chief financial officer. Reynolds joins the Blaze executive team after years of strategy, M&A, corporate growth, and franchise development experience. He comes from C3 (Creating Culinary Communities), a collective of virtual and physical restaurant concepts connected by the Citizens Go app and a common culinary ecosystem.

Prior to C3, Reynolds served as chief financial officer and SVP, Franchise Strategy at Smashburger. There, he led store openings, IT, supply chain, licensing, brand development, and strategic M&A for the better-burger chain. Before entering the restaurant industry, Reynolds worked in investment banking for approximately eight years.

“Last year, Blaze pivoted and revolutionized the concept from an operational and development standpoint in a matter of just a few weeks, and I’m thrilled to be joining the executive team responsible for such swift, decisive action,” said Reynolds. “This level of momentum coupled with corporate leadership’s commitment to innovation and evolution reinforces Blaze Pizza’s unlimited potential, and I look forward to all of the great work we’ll do together.”
