Franchisee Perspective Hospitality to add Tex-Mex restaurant in tropical destination
On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina is ramping up franchising growth after partnering with Perspective Hospitality. The franchisee hospitality development and services company will open On The Border in South Padre Island, Texas this summer at the Island’s Hilton Garden Inn.
Perspective expects metropolitan Texas metropolitan visitors to feel at home with the Tex-Mex fare at the new South Padre Island On The Border restaurant, suggests Hershal Patel, manager of Perspective Hospitality. In addition, Rio Grande visitors will get to experience a Northern twist on regional Mexican cuisine, he said.
Resort guests will have easy access to dine at the On The Border or order food and drinks at the pool-side bar and beach-front patio. Alternately, they can order for room service. The restaurant will offer several to-go options for non-guests, as well.
He added, “We’re also proud that this partnership will offer yet another, new experience for our visitors.
