Wolfnights gourmet wrap concept opens Upper West Side Manhattan restaurant

Chain taps FranSmart to help accelerate its growth to 500 units in 10 years

The Wolfnights gourmet wrap chain plans to open its newest location in Manhattan’s Upper West Side on Broadway. A Midtown Manhattan spot will be the second of three new units opening this year, as the chain searches for optimal real estate for the last of the three.

Itai Afek, Wolfnights Founder and chief executive, is engineering the ongoing growth, which will lead to five restaurants in New York City.

Fransmart, a franchise development company based in Alexandria, Va., has provided support and will accelerate Wolfnights’ expansion plans in New York, New Jersey and markets along the East Coast.

Afek is keen on growing the concept to 500 new restaurants across the country in the next 10 years.

“Wolfnights’s popularity is skyrocketing in the most competitive restaurant market in the world, and now is the time for franchisees to get on board,” said Dan Rowe, franchise industry veteran and chief executive of Fransmart.
