Chain promotes launch with Fam meal for rewards members

Popeyes launched its much-anticipated loyalty program. Through Popeyes Rewards, customers of the QSR chicken chain will access exclusive deals, celebrations, member experiences, branded gear while earning and redeeming points for fan-favorite menu items.

Guests of the Restaurant Brands International subsidiary can earn 10 points for every dollar spent online or on the Popeyes app. In addition they’ll enjoy happy hour with $1 regular size sides, bonus points on combos and family meals. Also in store are extra rewards with personalized challenges and other exclusive benefits, according to an announcement.

“We have been humbled to see our fans express their loyalty for our brand time and time again,” said Bruno Cardinali, Popeyes chief marketing officer. “Our goal has been to create a perfect loyalty program that matches and rewards their unparalleled enthusiasm.”

To promote the launch of Popeyes Rewards, the Miami-based restaurant chain will offer a Popeyes Fam Meal exclusively for loyalty members on the Popeyes app or online only, It features 8 pieces of the chain’s signature bone-in chicken, 1 large side and 4 biscuits. During the period of June 17 to July 1, 2021 new reward members who purchase the Fam Meal will receive 500 bonus points to use toward a future Popeyes order.

Popeyes’ portfolio of restaurants totals over 3,300 franchised and company-owned locations globally.
