Noodles and Company tests made-to-order salads at select locations
New program tests three signature salads
Noodles and Company began a new pilot at select restaurants to test fresh, made-to-order salads. Three, new salads will be introduced during the limited-time test, including Asian Apple Citrus Salad, Mexican Street Corn Salad and Quinoa Chop Salad.
Noodles and Company new salads
Here is more detail on the individual salads in the test, which are layered on a Tuscan blend of leafy green lettuces:
- Asian Apple Citrus Salad - a spring and kale mix, tossed in a ginger citrus dressing with grilled chicken, diced apple, cucumber, and slaw made from broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage. It’s finished off with fresh avocado, crispy chow mein noodles, and black sesame seeds
- Mexican Street Corn Salad - a spring and kale mix, tossed in cotija cheese dressing with grilled chicken, roasted corn, Roma tomato and topped with avocado, feta, chipotle cheddar tortilla strips, and cilantro
- Quinoa Chop Salad - a spring and kale mix, tossed in a ginger citrus vinaigrette with grilled chicken, red quinoa, roasted corn, and Roma tomato, then topped with fresh avocado and pistachios
Noodles will test the signature salads at select units in Colorado, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and California. Customers can verify their local restaurant serves the salads by checking Noodles’ website and can be one of the first to try the new salads upon rollout by becoming reward members.
