Moe’s Southwest Grill launches Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Queso Tacos
Artist T-Pain tapped to promote LTO on social media
Moe’s Southwest Grill launched Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Queso Tacos for the first time, and for a limited time, with artist T-Pain helping promote the dish. For the limited-time offering (LTO), Buffalo Queso comes wrapped in between a soft tortilla inserted into a hard-shell taco, with a choice of protein in between. Customers can customize their plate by choosing from a selection of 20 complimentary toppings.
The two tacos go for $6.99, with some price variation in certain markets. Moe’s Rewards members will get early access to the Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Queso Taco starting July 6, 2021 and at Moe’s website.
For all others, the new LTO will become available July 9 on the app and at Moes.com. In addition, Moe’s will offer a $0 delivery fee to customers who plan an order over $40 on these channels.
The Atlanta, Ga.-based Mexican-style restaurant chain will tap award-winning artist T-Pain to create video content for a social media campaign spotlighting the new taco duo.
“We love finding new ways to create unexpected and craveable flavors and we can’t wait for our guests to get a taste of this twist on a fan favorite,” said Caroline Morris, executive chef at Moe’s Southwest Grill. “Frank’s RedHot gives just the right kick to our famous queso and the pairing together of the hard shell and soft tortilla make for satisfying, delicious texture customers are sure to love—get it while you can!”
Moe’s will also offer the Buffalo Queso sauce as a side item with chips. The LTOs will be available through September 5, 2021.
