15-year chain veteran to support seafood concept’s growth in new role
Captain D’s has promoted Bindi Menon to chief marketing officer. Menon formerly served as vice president of national marketing and is a 15-year veteran of Captain D’s.
As CMO for Captain D’s, Menon will head up the chain’s marketing efforts, including product innovation, customer insights, digital, and social media initiatives. These tactics help the seafood chain continue to engage customers as it plans ongoing expansion.
Reporting directly to Phil Greifeld, chief executive and president of Captain D’s, Menon wil help develop strategies for the brand’s growth and drive restaurant profitability. Her experience with product promotions will further bolster her her anticipated success in supporting Captain D’s growth plans as chief marketing officer.
