Nationwide featured item offered for a limited time
Wienerschnitzel launched a limited-time Bratwurst! sausage, an Oktoberfest special. The menu item comes grilled, inserted in a hot dog bun, and topped with tangy mustard and either grilled onions or kraut.
The 328-unit quick-service chain, which says it’s the largest hot dog chain globally, is celebrating Oktoberfest in its own way, promoting the Bratwurst while supplies last. QSR chains have seen success in the recent past by launching limited time promotions, engaging customers with time-sensitive menu items.
“Our Bratwurst offers guests a taste of Oktoberfest,” says Doug Koegeboehn, Chief Marketing Officer for Wienerschnitzel. “But you don’t need a passport to enjoy this flavor-packed adventure—just a quick trip to your local Wienerschnitzel.”
